This Privacy Policy describes how Helix Labs collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Helix website and trench assistant. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service.
2. Information we collect
Helix runs from a browser bookmark and does not require a wallet connect or private keys. We may collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use helixsol.xyz. If you contact us, we collect the information you send. We do not collect or store private keys.
3. How we use information
Information is used to operate and improve the site, deliver the assistant experience, secure the service against abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. On-chain data
Helix may display public on-chain statistics for tokens and wallets you look up. That data already exists on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. Helix does not take custody of funds or request signing permissions.
5. Data retention
Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations. You may contact us to request deletion of any personal information we hold about you.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure. Helix never asks for private keys or wallet signatures.
7. Third-party services
We use a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.
